Ingredients

  • 1 oz Havana Club 3 yr White Rum
  • 1/2 oz Havana Club 7 yr Rum
  • 1 oz Calvados
  • 1.50 oz Apple Cider
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Cinnamon Bitters
  • 4 Mint Leaves
  • 1-2 oz Tonic Water

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine all ingredients except tonic water.
  2. Add a few small ice cubes and shake briefly, then pour all contents into a glass.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir well.
  4. Top with tonic water.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and an apple fan.
