Ingredients

  • 3 oz. prosecco
  • 4 blackberries
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz. Cointreau

Instructions

  1. Pour prosecco into a chilled champagne glass.
  2. Muddle 3 blackberries in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add vodka, lemon juice, syrup, Cointreau, and ice to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously.
  5. Strain into the champagne glass.
  6. Garnish with the remaining blackberry.
