Ingredients
- 6 oz sweet red wine, such as Moscato
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry)
- 3 oz ginger ale
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries and sweet red wine. Blend until the fruit is finely pureed.
- Add the ginger ale to the blender and pulse carefully to mix the fruit, wine, and soda.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the berry seeds, using a spatula to push the mixture through. Discard the seeds.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch freezer-safe dish and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, use an ice cream scoop to scrape the mixture into frozen granules and fill a wine glass.
- Garnish with fresh berries and serve.
