Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz Creme de Cassis liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 1 mint leaf
  • 0.50 cup ice (about half a handful)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine tequila, Creme de Cassis, lime juice, simple syrup, mint leaf, and frozen blackberries.
  2. Add half a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Securely place the lid on the blender and blend until the cocktail reaches a slushie-like consistency. Add more ice as needed.
  4. Pour the frozen cocktail into a glass and enjoy.
