- 4 oz semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1.50 oz bourbon
- Mini marshmallows or whipped cream, for serving
- To rim the glasses (optional)
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until it simmers, whisking occasionally to prevent boiling.
