Ingredients

  • 1 tea bag
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz brandy
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Club soda or seltzer water
  • Orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat water and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and steep the tea bag until cooled. Discard the tea bag after steeping.
  2. In a freezer-friendly container, combine the tea syrup, brandy, water, orange juice concentrate, and lemonade concentrate. Stir well and cover with an airtight lid.
  3. Freeze the mixture overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  4. To serve, scoop the brandy slush into a glass and top with club soda or seltzer water.
