Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 large basil sprigs (1/4 cup firmly packed), plus more for garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp frozen raspberries
  • 2 oz gin

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, simmer sugar and 2 1/3 tbsp water. Add basil and remove from heat, allowing it to steep for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, and raspberries in a blender. Strain the basil syrup into the blender, pressing on the basil leaves. Blend until smooth, then strain into a pitcher.
  3. Stir in the gin and pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with basil sprigs and serve.
