Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 large basil sprigs (1/4 cup firmly packed), plus more for garnish
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp frozen raspberries
- 2 oz gin
Instructions
- In a saucepan, simmer sugar and 2 1/3 tbsp water. Add basil and remove from heat, allowing it to steep for 30 minutes.
- Combine lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, and raspberries in a blender. Strain the basil syrup into the blender, pressing on the basil leaves. Blend until smooth, then strain into a pitcher.
- Stir in the gin and pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with basil sprigs and serve.
