Ingredients
- 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 ounce white rum (Bacardi)
- 1/2 ounce coconut rum (Malibu)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- Club soda
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- Fresh pomegranate arils, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass, combine sugar with fresh mint leaves and lime juice.
- Use a muddler to crush the mint leaves and release their oils.
- Fill the shaker/glass with ice, then pour in the white rum and coconut milk. Cover and shake well, or stir if using a glass.
