Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup whisky (Jameson's Whisky recommended)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup soya cream or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce (dairy-free)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee mixed with a little water to make a paste

Instructions

  1. In a cup or small jug, combine the chocolate sauce (or cocoa powder), vanilla extract, and instant coffee, stirring until the coffee has dissolved.
  2. Pour this mixture along with the remaining ingredients into a blender, including the condensed 'milk' (ensure the condensed milk has cooled if homemade).
  3. Blend the ingredients thoroughly, being cautious not to over blend and create a frothy texture.
  4. Pour the measured whisky into the blender and blend briefly to combine.
  5. Transfer the liqueur into a 1-liter container and refrigerate to chill.
  6. When serving, shake the bottle well and pour over ice or add to hot chocolate for an extra touch of luxury.
