- 1/2 cup dairy-free condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whisky (Jameson's Whisky recommended)
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 1/2 cup soya cream or dairy-free alternative
- 1 tbsp chocolate sauce (dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant coffee mixed with a little water to make a paste
Instructions
- In a cup or small jug, combine the chocolate sauce (or cocoa powder), vanilla extract, and instant coffee, stirring until the coffee has dissolved.
- Pour this mixture along with the remaining ingredients into a blender, including the condensed 'milk' (ensure the condensed milk has cooled if homemade).
- Blend the ingredients thoroughly, being cautious not to over blend and create a frothy texture.
- Pour the measured whisky into the blender and blend briefly to combine.
- Transfer the liqueur into a 1-liter container and refrigerate to chill.
