Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Half and Half
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Hot Fudge or Dark Chocolate Syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa (for glass rim)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 tablespoon of vodka onto a small plate
  2. Spread the cocoa on another small plate
  3. Dip the martini glass rim into the vodka and then into the cocoa to coat it evenly
  4. Fill a martini shaker with ice
  5. Add chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, vodka, and half and half to the shaker
  6. Shake well until the shaker becomes very cold
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup into the interior of the glass
  8. Pour the mixture evenly into the glass, garnish, and serve
