Ingredients

  • 8 oz vanilla ice cream (about 2 scoops or 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz espresso or classic vodka
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate syrup
  • 2 tbsp Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Bailey's Irish Cream, Kahlua, vodka, ice, and ice cream.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the inside of a glass with chocolate syrup by tilting the glass at a 45-degree angle and pouring the syrup in a swirling motion around the inside.
  4. Pour the Mudslide mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top.
