Earl Grey Elegance

This elegant and refreshing cocktail, the Earl Grey Elegance, was created by Andrew Ahlquist, the general manager of South Main Kitchen in Alpharetta, Ga. Combining the floral and robust flavors of Earl Grey-infused Lillet Blanc with the fruity notes of gin, pomegranate juice, and sweet elderflower liqueur, this drink is a perfect balance of flavors. The mild numbing effect from the flamed absinthe, and the added pop from orange blossom water, make this cocktail a sophisticated and unique choice for any occasion.
