Eggless Eggnog Delight

Ingredients
- 3/8 cup 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1/2 tablespoon condensed milk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cognac
- A pinch of ground nutmeg, plus more for serving
Instructions
- Combine 2% milk, whipping cream, condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until well combined, then chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- When ready to serve, add Cognac to the mixture and blend again until a frothy texture forms.
