  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cognac
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg, plus more for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine 2% milk, whipping cream, condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until well combined, then chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. When ready to serve, add Cognac to the mixture and blend again until a frothy texture forms.
