Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup 2% milk
  • 1/8 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cognac
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine 2% milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. When ready to serve, add Cognac (if using) to the chilled mixture in the blender and blend again until a frothy texture forms.
  5. Pour a 1/2 cup serving into a glass and top it with some froth.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top of each glass before serving. Best enjoyed when chilled.
