Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 0.25 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 0.25 oz light rum or milk
- 0.25 teaspoon vanilla
- 0.12 cup whipping cream
- 0.50 tablespoon sugar
- Orange peel curls for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a heavy saucepan, mix the egg yolk, milk, sugar, and espresso powder over medium heat until it coats a spoon.
