Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 0.85 fl oz Gin
  • 1.70 fl oz Apple Juice
  • 0.42 fl oz Elderflower Cordial
  • 0.85 fl oz Spiced Rum
  • 3.40 fl oz Ginger Ale (top up with the ginger ale)
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 Lime (cut into wheels)

Instructions

  1. Place ice cubes in a tall glass.
  2. Pour 0.85 fl oz gin, 1.7 fl oz apple juice, 0.42 fl oz elderflower cordial, and 0.85 fl oz spiced rum into the glass.
  3. Use a long spoon to stir the ingredients together.
  4. Top up the glass with 3.4 fl oz of ginger ale.
  5. Add fresh lime slices and a sprig of rosemary for decoration.
