Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. brewed espresso, chilled
  • 2 crescent-shaped ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen Cape Cod Select Premium Frozen Cranberries
  • 2 scoops quality coffee ice cream
  • 2 oz. Godiva Milk or Dark Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. milk, half & half, or heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 large scoop quality coffee ice cream (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherry and/or mini candy cane
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 1/2 oz. of espresso and chill.
  2. In a blender, combine ice, frozen cranberries, coffee ice cream, and all liquid ingredients.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Pour the frappe into a glass and top with whipped cream.
  5. Optionally, hang a large scoop of ice cream onto the rim of the glass.
  6. Grate dark chocolate over the top and garnish with a maraschino cherry and/or mini candy cane.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
