Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz eggnog
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 TBSP cinnamon simple syrup
  • Caramel Syrup
  • Whip Cream
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon. Let the syrup cool completely.
  3. Mix the eggnog, vodka, and cinnamon simple syrup together in a shaker.
  4. Drizzle caramel syrup in a martini glass and gently pour the martini over it.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
