Ingredients
- 1 large egg, separated
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the egg yolks until light. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until thick and lemon-colored.
