Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz naturally sweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 oz chilled club soda
  • 2 oz chilled cava or other sparkling white wine
  • 1 dash of orange bitters
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, stir together vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and cranberry juice.
  2. Prepare a Collins glass by filling it two-thirds full with ice.
  3. Pour 2 oz club soda and 2 oz cava into the glass.
  4. Add 3 1/4 oz of the prepared Cosmopolitan mix.
  5. Add a dash of orange bitters and gently stir once.
  6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
