Frosty Cranberry Chocolate Frappe
A festive and indulgent cocktail featuring espresso, cranberries, and chocolate liqueur blended with creamy coffee ice cream, topped with whipped cream and a scoop of ice cream for a delightful treat.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. chilled brewed espresso (or 1 1/2 oz. boiling hot water mixed with 1 tsp. instant espresso)
- 2 crescent-shaped ice cubes
- 1 cup frozen Cape Cod Select Premium Frozen Cranberries
- 2 scoops quality coffee ice cream
- 2 oz. Godiva Milk or Dark Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz. milk, half & half, or heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 oz. Kahlua
- 1 large scoop quality coffee ice cream for garnish
- whipped cream
- maraschino cherry and/or mini candy cane
- grated chocolate
Instructions
- Brew espresso and chill in the freezer or fridge.
- In a blender, combine ice, frozen cranberries, coffee ice cream, chilled espresso, chocolate liqueur, Baileys Irish Cream, milk, and Kahlua.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour the frappe mixture into a glass and top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with a large scoop of ice cream on the rim and grated chocolate.
- Add a maraschino cherry and/or mini candy cane for a festive touch.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
