Ingredients

  • 3 oz half and half
  • 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 3/4 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • Extra chocolate syrup for glass rim

Instructions

  1. If desired, rim the inside of a martini glass with chocolate syrup.
  2. Fill a martini shaker halfway with ice.
  3. Add 3 oz of half and half to the shaker.
  4. Pour in 1 1/2 oz of vanilla vodka.
  5. Measure and add 3/4 oz of peppermint schnapps.
  6. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup.
  7. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 45-60 seconds.
  8. Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
