Frothy Ginger Lemon Fizz
A refreshing and frothy non-alcoholic cocktail with zesty lemon, warming ginger, and a hint of salt.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2/3 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. ginger syrup
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 oz. aquafaba
- 1 thin lemon slice
Instructions
- Whisk the kosher salt into 2/3 cup room temperature water until fully combined to create a salt tincture. Transfer to a small bottle and set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the lemon juice, ginger syrup, apple cider vinegar, aquafaba, and 6 drops of the reserved salt tincture to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold and the liquid is frothy, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a thin lemon slice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
