  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/8 cup milk
