Ingredients

  • 2 oz white tequila
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz soda water
  • 2 tbsp honey (for rim)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (for rim)

Instructions

  1. Spread sugar on a plate and honey on another. Dip the rim of a glass into the honey, then into the sugar. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add tequila, grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Close the lid and shake vigorously until smooth.
