  • 4.50 oz. pineapple juice, preferably fresh
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
  • 1.75 oz. green Chartreuse
  • 2 to 3 dashes blue curaçao (optional)
  • Large ice cubes
  • Mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, lime juice, green Chartreuse, and blue curaçao (if using), stirring well to blend.
  2. Add large ice cubes to chill the punch, then stir again.
