Ingredients

  • 1 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz. cream of coconut
  • 1/4 tsp ground star anise
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp star anise extract
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 oz. Barbancourt rhum
  • Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, ground star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract, star anise extract, and lime juice.
  2. Blend until well mixed.
  3. Add Barbancourt rhum and blend until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a glass bottle and chill for several hours.
  5. To serve, pour into glasses and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
