Ingredients
- 1 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz. cream of coconut
- 1/4 tsp ground star anise
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp star anise extract
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 oz. Barbancourt rhum
- Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, ground star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract, star anise extract, and lime juice.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Add Barbancourt rhum and blend until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass bottle and chill for several hours.
- To serve, pour into glasses and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
