Ingredients

  • 10 cups filtered water
  • 2 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups Everclear (Grain Alcohol)
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
  • 6-8 lemon drop candies

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemons and set aside the juice.
  2. Pour water into the pot, then add the lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Warm the mixture using the Saute feature until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Cover the pot and set it to manual high pressure for 45 minutes. Allow for natural release.
  5. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  6. Once cooled, add the Everclear and stir well.
  7. Pour the moonshine into a mason jar and add 1 lemon drop candy.
  8. Close the lid tightly.
