Ingredients
- 10 cups filtered water
- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups Everclear (Grain Alcohol)
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
- 6-8 lemon drop candies
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemons and set aside the juice.
- Pour water into the pot, then add the lemon juice and sugar.
- Warm the mixture using the Saute feature until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Cover the pot and set it to manual high pressure for 45 minutes. Allow for natural release.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, add the Everclear and stir well.
- Pour the moonshine into a mason jar and add 1 lemon drop candy.
- Close the lid tightly.
