Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2-4 pumps Irish Cream Syrup
- Cold Brew Coffee
- Ice
- Cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a cold bowl, combine heavy cream and powdered sugar, and whip until it holds its shape.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and add 2 pumps of Irish Cream syrup.
- Pour cold brew coffee into the glass until it's 3/4 full.
- Top the coffee with the whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- To make the Irish Cream syrup, bring sugar and water to a boil, then remove from heat and add vanilla, almond extract, and cocoa powder. Whisk until combined, pour into a bottle, and store in the fridge.
