Ingredients

  • 1 oz whipped cream vodka
  • 1 oz key lime juice
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Key lime wedge (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. (Optional) To rim the glass, pour the key lime juice into a small shallow bowl and the graham cracker crumbs into another small shallow bowl. Dip the shot glass in the lime juice and then in the graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim.
  2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the whipped cream vodka and key lime juice.
  3. Shake the mixture until chilled, for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the shot into the prepared glass and garnish with a wheel of key lime.
  5. Enjoy immediately.
