Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Chambord
  • 1/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lavender syrup
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 3 oz tonic water
  • Sparkling wine, to fill
  • 1 sprig of lavender, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass and top it off with sparkling wine.
