Ingredients
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream + 1/4 cup Baileys Irish cream
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream + 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Heart sprinkles
- 7 oz white cooking chocolate
- 3.40 oz cream (35% fat content)
- Pink sprinkles
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- In a food blender, combine 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream, Baileys, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined, then pour into a jug and chill.
- Blend 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream and strawberries until well combined. Pour the pink shake into a glass, followed by the Baileys shake.
- Using a piping bag with a 1M tip, pipe whipped cream on top of the milkshake, creating a cone effect.
- Sprinkle with heart sprinkles and insert a serving straw. Serve fresh.
- For the ganache, microwave the white chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, mixing until smooth. Dip the glass lid into the ganache, then into pink sprinkles and chill in the fridge.
- Whip thickened cream in a metal mixing bowl until it thickens to stiff peaks. Cover and set aside in the fridge.
