Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold loomi tea
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey or simple sugar syrup
  • 2 Tbsp rum
  • 1/4 tsp angostura bitters
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 3 mint sprigs to serve
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or jug, muddle the mint leaves with a small amount of the loomi tea.
  2. Pour in the remaining tea, then add the honey, rum, and bitters. Shake vigorously.
  3. Place the ice cubes into a glass, if desired.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the glass over the ice.
  5. Garnish with the mint sprigs and serve.
