Mandarin Royale
A refreshing twist on the classic Pisco Sour with mandarin, Strega, and sparkling rosé.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz pisco
- 1/4 oz Strega
- 1 1/4 oz mandarin cordial
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz egg white
- 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 oz sparkling rosé
- Garnish: mint sprig
Instructions
- Combine pisco, Strega, mandarin cordial, lime juice, and egg white in a shaker without ice and dry-shake.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake until well-chilled.
- Pour the sparkling rosé into a Collins glass and strain the cocktail over it.
- Add fresh ice, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
