Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz pisco
  • 1/4 oz Strega
  • 1 1/4 oz mandarin cordial
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz egg white
  • 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 oz sparkling rosé
  • Garnish: mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Combine pisco, Strega, mandarin cordial, lime juice, and egg white in a shaker without ice and dry-shake.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake until well-chilled.
  3. Pour the sparkling rosé into a Collins glass and strain the cocktail over it.
  4. Add fresh ice, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
