Ingredients

  • Salt (for rimming the glass)
  • 0.75 oz lime juice (reserve 1 squeezed lime wedge)
  • 1.50 oz tequila
  • 0.75 oz Cointreau (or any other triple sec)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle a little salt on a saucer and rub the reserved lime wedge around the rim of a margarita or coupe glass.
  2. Dip the glass rim in the salt to cover it.
