Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 1/4 ounce limoncello
  • 1/4 ounce Campari
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large egg white
  • 3 or 4 thin strips of lemon zest, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, Cointreau, limoncello, Campari, fresh lemon juice, and egg white.
  2. Shake the mixture well without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with thin strips of lemon zest.
