Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 1/4 ounce limoncello
- 1/4 ounce Campari
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 large egg white
- 3 or 4 thin strips of lemon zest, for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, Cointreau, limoncello, Campari, fresh lemon juice, and egg white.
- Shake the mixture well without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with thin strips of lemon zest.
