Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz crème de menthe liqueur
  • 3/4 oz crème de cacao liqueur
  • 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream
  • ice
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Mint chocolate pieces
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. If desired, prepare the rim of the glass by dipping it in crème de cacao or water, then dipping it in chocolate shavings.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Pour in crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and half-and-half or heavy cream.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  6. Add whipped cream, chocolate shavings, mint chocolate pieces, and mint leaves for garnish.
