Ingredients
- Light corn syrup or honey (for rimming the glass)
- Crushed candy canes or peppermint (for rimming the glass)
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons light rum
- 2 tablespoons peppermint schnapps
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grenadine
Instructions
- Rim the glass: Drizzle a thin layer of corn syrup or honey onto a plate. Place crushed candy canes on a separate plate and gently press the rim of the glass into the syrup, then into the crushed candy canes.
- Place crushed ice in the blender pitcher.
- Add cream of coconut, pineapple juice, rum, peppermint schnapps, and grenadine to the blender pitcher.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more ice if desired.
- Pour the blended mixture into the prepared rimmed glass and enjoy!
