Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups honeydew chunks
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2-3 limes)
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup light rum
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 cups ice

Instructions
