Ingredients

  • Lime wedge
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1/2 ounce peppermint twist Smirnoff
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice (divided)
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 1 cup ice (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice and dip it in sugar.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and add a few pomegranate seeds.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, tequila, peppermint vodka, and half of the lime juice. Shake well for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour the cocktail mixture over the ice in the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a mint sprig.
