Ingredients

  • 3 raspberries
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 2 oz Riesling wine (preferably New World and Acidic)
  • 2 oz white cranberry juice
  • 0.50 oz lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz creme de cacao
  • 0.50 oz sparkling water
  • 0.50 white sugar cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, muddle the mint, raspberries, and sugar cubes.
  2. Add 6 large ice cubes, then pour in the Cocchi Americano, Riesling wine, white cranberry juice, lemon juice, creme de cacao, and sparkling water.
  3. Stir the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
