Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup packed mint leaves
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated kala namak (black salt; optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon amchoor powder (dried, green mango)
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup seltzer water, chilled
  • Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
