Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 lime, juiced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup frozen peach slices
  • Fresh mint
  • Lime slices for serving

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the peach, pineapple, and 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl, pressing with a spoon to extract all the liquid.
  3. Mix the juice with the remaining water, lime juice, and simple syrup in a pitcher. Adjust sweetness if needed.
