Ingredients

  • 1 ripe yellow peach, chilled
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 3 oz peach ale, chilled
  • 3 oz Prosecco, chilled
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish, optional

  1. Peel the ripe peach, cut it into pieces, and blend it with the sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the peach ale into the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Strain the resulting fresh peach puree through a sieve and let the foam settle.
