Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Collective Arts Plum Gin
  • 1 oz Plum Cordial
  • 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 drops Rose Water
  • 1 oz Club Soda

Instructions

  1. Combine Collective Arts Plum Gin, Plum Cordial, lemon juice, heavy cream, egg white, and rose water in an empty shaker.
  2. Dry shake vigorously (without ice).
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until the mixture is almost too cold to hold.
  4. Strain the mixture over fresh ice into a Collins Glass.
  5. Slowly pour in club soda.
  6. Garnish with mint.
