Ingredients

  • 6 oz bourbon
  • 1/8 tsp orange bitters
  • 1/16 tsp orange flower water
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Earl Grey tea (or 2 tea bags)
  • A pinch of mint tea (or 1 tea bag)
  • Fresh lime juice, to taste
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint sprigs, lemon slices, and lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine boiling water, Earl Grey tea, and mint tea. Stir and allow to steep for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea mixture and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. In a pitcher, pour the tea mixture, bourbon, orange bitters, and orange flower water. Stir to combine and refrigerate.
  4. To serve, fill a Collins glass with ice and pour 6 oz of the punch.
  5. Add fresh lime juice to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, lemon slices, and lime slices.
