Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Eau Claire Equinox Prickly Pear
  • 1 tablespoon Haskap Berry Jam
  • 1/2 oz Kinsip Cassis
  • 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 2 sprigs Mint (1 for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, leaving one mint sprig for garnish.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a martini or coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with the remaining mint sprig.
