Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 2 oz dry rosé
  • 0.50 oz Rosé-Hibiscus Syrup
  • 0.50 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz seltzer
  • Rosemary sprig and/or hibiscus flowers, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rosé-Hibiscus Syrup as per the recipe.
  2. In a mixing tin, combine the gin, Rosé-Hibiscus syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Add ice, shake well, and strain the mixture into a cocktail glass over fresh ice.
