Ingredients
- 1/3 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
- 1/3 cup Spumante (or Prosecco or any sparkling white wine)
- 2/3 tbsp peach schnapps
- 1/3 tbsp rosemary simple syrup
- 1/3 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 peach, thinly sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Create the rosemary simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a saucepan and dissolving the sugar over high heat.
