Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1/3 cup Spumante (or Prosecco or any sparkling white wine)
  • 2/3 tbsp peach schnapps
  • 1/3 tbsp rosemary simple syrup
  • 1/3 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 peach, thinly sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Create the rosemary simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a saucepan and dissolving the sugar over high heat.
  2. Add rosemary sprigs, bring the mixture to a rolling boil for one minute, then remove from heat and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Strain the syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate for future use.
  4. In a blender, combine frozen peach slices, crushed ice, Spumante, peach schnapps, rosemary simple syrup, and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
  5. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
