  • 1/4 oz muña syrup

  • 1 oz fino sherry
  • 3/4 oz London dry gin
  • 3/4 oz St-Germain
  • 2 oz Cava
  • Splash of sparkling water (Perrier preferred)

Instructions

  1. In a rocks glass filled with ice, stir together muña syrup, strawberry shrub, fino sherry, London dry gin, and St-Germain.
  2. Top with Cava.
